Do You Know Your Archetypes?

We all have different personality types that make us who we are. Some of us are more introverted, while others are extroverted. Some of us are analytical, while others are more creative. And some of us fall somewhere in between on the spectrum. There is no right or wrong way to be, but our personality type can influence the way we interact with the world around us.

Have you ever wondered why you tend to attract certain types of people into your life? Or why do you get along better with some people than others? It could be because you share the same archetype. An archetype is a universal character type that embodies certain qualities and traits. We all have different archetypes that shape our personalities and influence our behavior.

Personality disorders are mental disorders that are characterized by inflexible and unhealthy patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Many personality disorders share similar symptoms and characteristics. For example, someone with a paranoid personality disorder may be suspicious and distrustful of others, while someone with a schizotypal personality disorder may have odd or eccentric beliefs.

So how do archetypes fit into all of this? Well, it turns out that archetypes can actually help us better understand personality disorders. In fact, some experts believe that each personality disorder is associated with a particular archetype. For example, someone with a borderline personality disorder may identify with the wounded child archetype, while someone with an antisocial personality disorder may identify with the outlaw archetype.

Understanding archetypes can help us better understand ourselves and others. If you know what archetypes you identify with, you can gain insights into your strengths and weaknesses. You can also learn how to better cope with stressors in your life. And if you know which archetypes other people identify with, you can learn how to better communicate and connect with them.

Let’s help each other, I believe that we are all Mentally STRONG.
